Netociety had delivered collaborative web solutions to enterprises for some time. They had developed their own platform, halvr, specifically for that market. Now they needed to price it properly.
                  In the first session we identified the primary customer needs and the advantages that Netociety's solution had over the competition. This process created a value map which could drive the next session.
                  In the second session we used the value map to develop a series of offerings which fitted the client's needs. From this we developed a pricing strategy that linked to these needs and Netociety's solution benefits, thus making the pricing structure rational and explainable.
