pV Pricing Deeply review at Head Office in Montreal, Canada

Summary of work:

We went to iPerceptions head office in Montreal and ran the pV Pricing Deeply process. This involved used the process described on our  pV Pricing Deeply  page. In this case the three workshops we condensed into two half-days plus interviews of senior staff in the company.
                       The main discussions and learning when on in the workshops and interviews. An 11 page summary report was written at the end of the assignment that contained the 27 recommended actions, of which six were deemed to have a high impact on new sales.
